Any website can still be successful without implementing SEO, PPC, or any social media campaign. If the off-line marketing is properly implemented, a website can still serve it’s main functions without any of the above elements. However, without SEO, your site will always be under-performing, never quite reaching it’s full potential.
Without SEO, you will be missing out on a wealth of targeted traffic that other avenues, whether online or offline, can’t make up for.

what sort of offline marketing do you do? I’ve always wanted to try some but haven’t a clue where to start.
There is a whole range of offline marketing methods; to name just a few, there is Direct Mail, Telemarketing, Advertising, etc.
Of those that you’ve mentioned above, which is the, well, cheapest as I am on a tight budget, but I do absolutely see the value in getting offline to market.
